My Mom vs The iPod!

Driving up to the cottage today I was tired from working all night - as such, a lazy drive was in order. I was listening to my iPod when one of my favourite upbeat songs came on and I had a flashback moment. A while ago, my Mom asked me if I could add some CD's (jam-packed with oldies) to her iPod, so that she could exercise with them in her other living spaces (3 home crazy people). Anyways - her iPod was bare... unchanged from the day I put the first batch of songs on it. I loaded it up with the CD's she requested - aforementioned oldies and a relaxation CD - then, being the Lisa that I am - I filled it up with amazing songs! Anyways I made her 4 playlists. Next time I saw her... like months later she mentioned trying to find CD's to buy for exercising. I reminded her about the workout playlists. She said they were too boring to exercise to. I told her there was one with just the CD's she'd given me. She said there wasn't. I checked it out. She'd been stuck on her new sleep playlist for 2 months! Hahaha! The whole time I was thinking about the playlists I'd made: one for sleeping from the CD she gave me, a workout with oldies music, a crazy workout mix from me (complete with a majority of Christian music... Hehehe... Oh, unsaved Mom, how the future shall change), and a 'Mom's slower mix of awesomeness' list - by me... obviously :P To think she'd been trying to workout to beach and rainforest sounds! Hahahaha! We made an instruction manual... So she's set for life now! Can you picture a gym switching playlists - hilarious!
